And why losing fat as fast as possible isn't the right call 90% of the time

If you want to lose body fat FAST here is what nobody tells you:

  • -You will only be motivated for the first few weeks. It will get hard & unfulfilling very quickly.

  • You WILL feel hungry. Tired. Colder. Because you are eating substantially less than normal.

  • You have to say NO far more often than you say yes.

  • You’ll need to drink less alcohol. Eat less takeaways. Snack less.

  • You’ll need to move more. CONSISTENTLY. That’s step count and exercise. Consistently being the key.

  • The weight-loss will slow down. And at that point you’ll want to quit. At this point most do.

  • The initial drop in weight will excite you. But you’ll realise that’s unsustainable & most of it was water. So don’t expect that weekly.

  • And most people who focus on speed never get long lasting results.
